Diafixo

Privacy policy

What Diafixo keeps about you and your monthly clients, what it is used for, who it is shared with and how to ask for it to be deleted.

Diafixo is a Brazilian product, so Brazil's data protection law, the LGPD, applies.

Who is responsible for your data

Júlio Machado, who runs Diafixo, is the controller. In the LGPD, the controller is whoever decides what happens to the data. Send any privacy request to [email protected].

What we collect

Your clients' data

The names, WhatsApp numbers, amounts and due dates of the clients you add belong to you. We store them only so the app works and use them for nothing else: no email, no ads, no statistics with names. Payment reminders go out from your own WhatsApp, on your phone.

What we use it for

We use data to run the app (storing clients and monthly payments, building the reminder message, billing your plan) because that is the service you signed up for. Email tips depend on the box you tick, and sign-up works without ticking it.

Right now the site uses no third-party analytics and no ad lists. If that changes, this page changes first, and each use gets its own unticked box.

Who we share it with

We don't sell anyone's data. Some of these companies store data on servers outside Brazil.

How long we keep it

Your rights

Under the LGPD (article 18) you can:

If one of your clients asks about their data, you can correct it in the app yourself; to have it deleted, write to us.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you use in the app and say what you need. We reply within 15 days. If you think we didn't sort it out, you can complain to Brazil's data protection authority, the ANPD, at gov.br/anpd.

How to opt out

Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any tips email, reply SAIR ("leave" in Portuguese) to the email, or go to the Unsubscribe page. We stop within 24 hours. Your subscription and the app stay as they are.

Changes to this page

When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change touches something you agreed to, we ask for your consent again.
